Two finalists

A — the star-over-“Elect” layout with the name pushed much larger, like the later designs. B — the “Elect” bar version, with “Northfield City Council · Ward 4” enlarged to roughly the width of JOTHEN and tucked up tighter under the name. Tell me which one to lock in.
