Three things were fighting: the wide letter-spacing on “ELECT” clashed with the tight headline, the star/word/name made three different left edges, and the star floated. Each option below tightens the tracking and locks the eyebrow to the name. My pick is D — the star, “ELECT,” and “PEDER” all share one clean left edge, and it matches the star-over-Elect lockup on the yard sign. A (trailing star) is the more compact runner-up.
